How I observed this word:
I was at work discussing a client who would be transferring to my program from one of the agency’s other programs. The client’s current therapist was telling me that the client will say that he is going to engage in the program, but then does not show. “This kind of vacillation is not uncommon with J****, but I hope that will change when he starts your program”.
